Root's can now offer under tile heating suitable for use under all ceramic and natural stone tiles.

Ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, hallways and conservatories the system is simple to fit in any size (or shape) room. You can even lay it yourself as we supply all the parts in one box complete with full easy to follow instructions. Once the floor has been prepared it can be fitted in under an hour. The under tile heating is installed before the tiles are laid. It will work on solid floors on top of old tiles and also on wooden floors. Once laid the only thing that can be seen is a neat little thermostat.

It doesn't cost a lot to run either. Using about 100 Watts per square metre of floor which is the same as a light bulb. It also puts the heat source where you want it. An open fire loses heat through the chimney and tends to heat one side of a room. The heat from radiators rises up the walls to the ceiling before you can feel it. The heat from under floor heating rises through the centre of the room so you feel the benefits.
